Delivery and Payment
Next Day Delivery subject to stock
We use a next business day service for our standard deliveries which is an untimed service, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Delivery costs start at £6.50 + VAT for online orders and £10.00 + VAT for telephone orders
We will endeavour to ship online orders on the same business day the order is received, stock permitting, as long as they are raised before 3pm
Incorrectly entered addresses may result in a delay in delivery
Out of stock items
In some cases, we may not have the product you want in stock right now, but you can place an order anyway and we will
Back-Order from our suppliers/manufacturers and keep you posted with any news.
This may take anything from 3 to 28 days. We will keep you informed with any information we have.
If we are having difficulty obtaining your item (for example, some slow moving lines are shipped into the country on demand),
we will discuss this with you.
If for some reason we are unable to get hold of the desired item or quantity, we will let you know quickly.
Please note that while on back-order, the price may change due to circumstances beyond our control.
In the event prices decrease, we will make the necessary refund and conversely if the price increases a little we will
let you know promptly.
As these items are ordered on request, sometimes from the manufacturer, we are forced to take payment up front.
However, do please talk to us if you have difficulties or concerns and we will do our best to rectify issues or raise a
refund as necessary.
You can always write to us to find out more if a given product has an estimated date of arrival.

Returning Items
You must have approval and be accompanied by an RMA number - Click Here to download RMA form
Please note all good(s) are returned at your own risk - We recommend using an insured/proof of delivery service to protect you against the returned good(s) being damaged in transit
Return postage is non-refundable
We cannot refund/credit any good(s) not returned in A1 condition, unopened and in original packaging
Paying by credit cards
Card authorizations are dependant on the invoice address - customers should enter the registered address of the card to prevent a delay in authorisation/shipping
